Salencia Dixon provides non-medical, private duty personal care services only. Services do not include medical treatment, nursing care, or clinical services.

 

Use of Website

This website is for general information and care inquiries only. Submitting a form or booking a consultation does not create a caregiver-client relationship.

 

Payment

Rates are discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. Payment is due as outlined in the caregiver agreement.

 

Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

 

Limitation of Liability

Salencia Dixon is not responsible for medical decisions or outcomes. Clients agree to hold the caregiver harmless for issues beyond reasonable control, except in cases of gross negligence.
